• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• In-depth knowledge of sewing processes and garment construction

• Cost control and data analysis capability

To manage and control sewing production operations ensuring on-time delivery, required quality standards, optimal productivity, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) as per approved production plans

• Maintain sewing quality in line with QMS and buyer requirements

• Ensure fabric, trims, sample, size, and pattern approvals before bulk production

• Improve line efficiency and reduce bottlenecks and Non-Productive Time (NPT)

• Control Cost Per Minute (CPM), wastage, and rework

• Optimize manpower and machine utilization and minimize excess overtime

• Implement Lean / IE practices (line balancing, layout optimization, SMV control)

• Coordinate with Store and Supply Chain for timely material feeding

• Supervise accurate production and inventory data entry in ERP/QMS systems

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical, IE, and Quality teams
