• Strong knowledge of textile printing processes and sample development.

• Buyer communication and technical presentation skills.

• Production planning and problem-solving ability.

• Cost analysis and wastage reduction expertise.

• Strong coordination and leadership skills.

This role will be responsible for managing printing sample development from initial design to buyer approval and bulk production readiness. The role ensures effective production planning, technical execution, quality compliance, cost control, and timely delivery while supporting SOP, lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approved samples from print development to final production stage.

• Ensure buyer approval of samples before bulk production and implement required corrections.

• Prepare and monitor monthly and daily production plans in line with order schedules.

• Design printing technical layouts and resolve process-related technical issues.

• Review daily plans and take corrective actions to meet delivery timelines.

• Prepare unit-wise production and cost reports and share analysis with HOD monthly.

• Implement cost reduction initiatives through RFT, wastage control, and optimal resource utilization.

• Ensure accurate costing, TDS, wash reports, and timely sample submission.

• Introduce new printing techniques while maintaining SOP compliance.

• Participate in daily 3P meetings and align production with capacity planning.

• Represent the printing department in buyer meetings and handle technical queries.

• Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

• Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and 6S implementation.
