Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), B.Sc in Animal Husbandry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Breeding, Farm Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in planning production and setting goals for all farms within assigned region.
∎ Ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures through routine farm visits and formal farm audits.
∎ Monitoring the bird's body weight increment as per the standard. Allocate the feed gram based on the body weight increment and the same to be discussed with reporting manager.
∎ Monitor and ensure the follow up of vaccine and medicine schedule in farms.
∎ Ensure bio security and safety in and around the farm premises.
∎ Monitor the bird's health and hygiene in the farm in coordination with the Micro Lab monthly once or need basis.
∎ Ensure the birds comfort ability by monitoring the floor, feeding and water space.
∎ Cross verify the inventories like Feed, Medicines, and Disinfectant physically during farm visit.
∎ Support Production Partners and employees implement technologies and other innovations to improve production.
∎ To ensure all the reports and registers are updated in the farm level.
∎ To collect the production report from farm In Charge and same to be consolidated and reported to Reporting Manager.
∎ Production entry should be entered in system
∎ Routinely review operating costs and performance for production farms within assigned scope of responsibility.
∎ Managing and motivating a team
∎ Any assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Comfort and familiarity with computers and the Internet
Salary: Negotiable
