Job Context:
∎ We are a software outsourcing company, looking for some talented business graduates who will be responsible for building new businesses with prospective international clients. The goal is to help the company to grow by bringing in new customers and building new businesses.
∎ She/he will be responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in business communication, presentation, proposal documentation, & negotiation.
∎ Must be with agile mindset & fluent in English speaking, and preferably from O/A levels.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify prospects from the US, Europe & Australia, and communicate with them.
∎ Fluent communication skills and be able to conduct client presentations for potential business.
∎ Manage sales through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
∎ Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
∎ Execute necessary marketing database, email, content, and social media advertising with the digital marketing team.
∎ Establishes sales goals targeting the right market segment, and implements a plan to meet those goals.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Very strong in both written and verbal communication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good general knowledge of software and applications is a strong plus.
∎ Good knowledge of digital marketing is a strong plus.
∎ Coordinate with the team, & develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Even freshers can apply if he/she thinks can take the challenge and learn quickly.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
