Job Context:
∎ THIS IS A NIGHT-TIME POSITION and you will be expected to work overnight hours to work with clients from Western countries.
∎ Must be FLUET in English, and strong in communication.
∎ We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our international sales team. The candidate’s primary task will be to close sales via phone and foster positive customer interactions. The ideal candidate must have experience in outbound telemarketing, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ English fluency is mandatory for this job. Better if from an O/A level background.
∎ Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest, and schedule appointments.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through regular follow-up calls.
∎ Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Accurately track and report all sales activity in the company's Database/CRM system.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the company's products, services, and industry trends.
∎ Stay in touch with potential customers through prompt follow-up calls or emails.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Able to work during nighttime hours to align with business hours in the Western countries
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong attention to detail, and agile mindset
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ Proficient in using CRM software, Office suit, and other sales tools
∎ Strong work ethic and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable based on experiences and qualifications
