• Experience on Solar Power Plant Project will get preference.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading HT panel design, installation, maintenance & project management, focusing on 11kV and 33kV systems, with a strong background in manufacturing company environment.

• Proven track record in providing technical guidance, mentorship and collaboration with clients for tailored solutions.

• Demonstrated ability in effective project management, including budgeting, timelines and resource allocation, within manufacturing environments.

• Effective communication and client relationship management skills.

Job Context:

We are seeking a hardworking, smart and competent engineer specializing in HT (High Tension) panels and substations is a professional with extensive knowledge and experience in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, particularly those involving high-voltage equipment and substations. These experts are crucial for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of power distribution networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven experiences & specializing in 11kV and 33kV systems, AIS, GIS & Sub Station with strong leadership and team management skills.

System Design:

• Designing and specifying components for HT panels and substations, including switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and other equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Installation and Commissioning:

• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new HT panels and substations, ensuring proper connections, testing, and functionality.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with HT panels and substations, including identifying faulty components, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.

Protection and Control:

• Designing and implementing protection and control schemes for substations, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the power system.

Project Management:

• Managing projects related to HT panels and substations, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating resources.

Standards Compliance:

• Ensuring that all work on HT panels and substations adheres to relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Salary: 1 Lac to 2.5 Lac BDT per month
