• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Solar PV System Design; PVsyst;

• AutoCADPMP / Solar PV certification (preferred)

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Must have working contacts and liaison experience with relevant authorities and utilities, such as SREDA, BPDB, BREB and PBSs, DPDC, DESCO, NESCO, WZPDCO, BEPZA, IDCOL, PGCB, Department of Environment, Fire Service & Civil Defence, and RAJUK / CDA
• Experience obtaining approvals, net metering connections, grid connection permits and inspection clearances from these authorities
• Experience with government tenders through e-GP, including tender documents, technical submissions and post-award compliance
• Ability to handle and coordinate all ongoing solar projects simultaneously, from design to handover
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets and resource plans; manage submittals, drawing approvals, testing & commissioning and billing documentation
• Ground-mounted: design of MW-scale plants; site assessment (topography, soil test, flood level, drainage); pile/foundation and mounting structure design with row spacing, tilt and GCR optimization; fixed-tilt and tracker systems; MV/HV interconnection, substation and grid evacuation; earthing, lightning protection and SCADA
• Rooftop: roof structural assessment and wind load calculation as per BNBC 2020; mounting for RCC, metal-sheet and ballasted roofs without compromising waterproofing; shading analysis; walkways and fire-safety setbacks; net metering design and applications; on-grid, off-grid and hybrid systems with BESS
• Prepare layouts, SLDs, BOQs, cable schedules and techno-commercial proposals
• Hands-on experience with PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools
• Energy yield, shading and financial analysis (payback, LCOE, IRR)
• Sound knowledge of modules, inverters, BESS, mounting structures, cables and protection systems
• Knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards, BNBC and safety compliance
• Experience in lead generation, client meetings, tender analysis, costing, pricing and negotiation
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken Bangla and English
• Must be willing to travel frequently to project sites across Bangladesh; driving license preferred

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can combine solar design expertise, project coordination and business development to lead our renewable energy projects across Bangladesh, for both government and private clients.

• Design rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, including hybrid and BESS solutions
• Prepare layouts, SLDs, BOQs, technical proposals and tender submissions
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies and client consultations
• Perform energy yield, shading and financial analysis
• Handle and coordinate all company solar projects from design and approval to installation, commissioning and handover
• Liaise with government authorities, utilities and regulatory bodies for approvals, net metering and grid connection
• Prepare and participate in government and private tenders, including e-GP
• Coordinate with project, procurement and execution teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality and timelines, and report to management
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Develop and maintain strong client and authority relationships
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards
