Job Context:
∎ To develop skill and entrepreneurship development to create employment opportunity in the RDRS working area specially for the youth, women and vulnerable people in RDRS working area the position of Manager Skills, Employment & to generate Entrepreneurship will be appointed for RDRS Bangladesh.
∎ This position is also responsible for the management and implementation of skill development trainings and entrepreneur development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Skills, Employment & Entrepreneurship will prepare plan to create entrepreneur and generate employment;
∎ The Skills, Employment & Entrepreneurship will identify the demand of different competency/ skills for the youth, women and vulnerable of RDRS working area by conducting community needs assessment as part of enterprises development initiatives;
∎ S/he will plan to implement different skill development training programs as per employment demand of Bangladesh;
∎ S/he will keep contact with different employers/ organizations for creating employment;
∎ S/he should interact with different GO/ NGO regarding employment/ entrepreneurship development;
∎ S/he will find different donors those are interested to give fund to develop skill of targeted people;
∎ Effectively manage the training budget;
∎ Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management;
∎ Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training;
∎ Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training;
∎ Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices;
∎ Other duties as assigned by the RDRS Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have basic TOT;
∎ At least 5 years working experience on TVET;
∎ Develop training manuals that target tangible results;
∎ Implement effective and purposeful training methods;
∎ Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement;
∎ Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities;
∎ Skill to plan and implement programs.
