Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably Bachelor of Business Administration) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage key communications with producer groups and act as central point of contact for all producer administration requirements.
∎ Ensure an ethical supply chain by overseeing social auditing operations of producer's production centres and work towards constant improvement (will require extensive field visits for monitoring).
∎ Maintain all producer related data and oversee processes of acquiring up-to-date and accurate knowledge management of the entire supply chain.
∎ Ensure grievances from independent producers are handled with attention to keeping solution lead times at a minimal, as well as taking/coordinating the decision-making process.
∎ Manage all the producer administration operations which includes new producer enrollment, suspensions, information updates etc.
∎ Oversee the coordination of monthly producer forums and other activities which facilitate producers being able to raise their concerns to enterprise management.
∎ Ensure the relevancy and efficiency of capacity building activities for producers including arranging trainings/forums.
∎ Oversee the development, adaption, and operations of the Health Security Scheme programme for Ayesha Abed Foundation artisans.
∎ Oversee the operations and reporting of artisans’ well-being programmes including the Artisan Development Initiative (microfinance, legal services, nutrition, gender etc.)
∎ Reaching out to potential partners and /or external stakeholders in order to develop a network within the social enterprise, handicraft and artisanal sectors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant role
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IGO, NGO/ Other Services
∎ Should have programme operations management experience
∎ Should have working knowledge of local and International Labor Laws
∎ Internationally recognized social auditing standards like BSCI, SA8000, ILO etc. will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bangla is required
∎ Proficiency in Project Management, Data Management etc.
∎ Must have good problem solving & decision-making skill
