Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for land and property projects.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with company goals.

  • Organize and facilitate high-value client visits, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.

  • Monitor sales performance, reduce cancellations, and maximize conversion rates.

  • Oversee collection and recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/annual payments), ensuring timely cheque realization and accurate documentation.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports for top management.

  • Resolve customer complaints and queries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Drive new customer acquisition initiatives while ensuring high levels of client retention.

  • Represent and promote the company’s brand, maintaining its premium positioning in the market.

  • Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and motivation.

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement campaigns aligned with sales strategies.
