Job Responsibilities
Actively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
Conduct sales presentations and property showings, clearly communicating project value propositions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and respect.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales follow-up.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting performance, challenges, and customer insights.
