Regional Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and grow markets both inside and outside Dhaka.
Manage distribution and networks across major cities and towns.
Travelling is a must.
Having motorcycle is a important.
Client Development & Retention:
Establish and nurture relationships with regional NCTB vendors, publishers, printing presses, and resellers.
Build new client base- focus on B2B- corporates.
Regularly visit key regions to strengthen client relationships and explore new markets.
Be creative; should have handling customers and KYC skills.
Sales Expansion & Target Achievement:
Expand the reach of Lipy Paper products (sheet/roll: 40–300 GSM) to B2B clients, schools, publishers, and local traders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with profitability focus.
Distributor & Dealer Management:
Appoint, manage, and evaluate the performance of area distributors and wholesalers.
Provide training and support to ensure alignment with Lipy Paper’s sales goals.
Logistics & Supply Coordination:
Coordinate with the factory and logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries outside Dhaka.
Monitor regional inventory levels and plan restocking cycles.
Reporting & Market Insights:
Generate and submit periodic sales reports with customer feedback and regional market trends.
Suggest pricing policies and promotional campaigns for rural and semi-urban markets.
