Bangladesh Eye Hospital (BEH) Halishohor Branch is expanding its digital marketing and public engagement efforts to strengthen brand visibility, increase patient footfall, promote clinical services, and support long-term community trust. The Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive will be responsible for executing structured, high-quality marketing initiatives across digital platforms while maintaining confidentiality around internal campaign frameworks and growth strategies.
This role requires strong digital marketing expertise, campaign execution capability, creative thinking, data awareness, cultural sensitivity, and professional conduct in a healthcare environment.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to support hospital growth and service awareness
Manage online presence across key digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging
Optimize campaign performance using engagement, reach, and conversion data
Support lead generation and patient acquisition through targeted digital initiatives
Support marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility and reputation of hospital doctors and specialists
Promote clinical departments, consultation services, and specialty programs through structured communications
Assist in positioning clinicians as trusted and credible healthcare professionals
Ensure all doctor-related content meets ethical, professional, and patient-confidentiality standards
Assist in promoting optical products and vision-related retail services
Support initiatives aimed at increasing optical customer engagement and conversion
Contribute to retail-focused awareness and promotional activities while maintaining brand credibility
Support marketing and awareness efforts related to hospital pharmacy services
Promote responsible medication use, patient safety messaging, and service accessibility
Assist in pharmacy-related communication that balances commercial objectives with ethical healthcare practice
Support promotion of hospital outreach programs, eye camps, and public awareness initiatives
Assist in strengthening engagement with local communities, schools, organizations, and public institutions
Contribute to messaging that enhances the hospital’s reputation for social responsibility and public health impact
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and awareness programs
Support development of campaign concepts aligned with local culture and audience behavior
Maintain confidentiality regarding internal campaign strategy, targeting methods, and creative frameworks
Monitor digital marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
Track engagement, lead activity, and campaign outcomes for internal reporting
