  • Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.

  • Able to lead and motivate others to ever higher levels of achievement.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals

  • To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.

  • To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.

  • To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

  • To negotiate with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.

  • To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

  • To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

  • To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients` needs.

  • To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.

  • To expand the business network around the territory.
