Additional Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Must have a sound understanding of ISP services, broadband technology, data connectivity, and networking fundamentals.

  • Ability to identify prospective corporate clients, conduct market surveys, and maintain an active client database.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.

  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely collection of payments and renewal of service agreements.

  • Capability to prepare corporate proposals, quotations, service agreements, and documentation in a professional manner.

  • Ability to meet monthly sales targets and work under pressure in a competitive market.

  • Knowledge of tender procedures, B2B marketing operations, and corporate acquisition strategy (preferred).

  • Previous internship or experience in ISP, telecom, or ICT industry will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular client visits for new requirements and maintain existing relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets with a result-oriented approach.

  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.

  • Handle pressure with initiative and independence.

  • Update management on sales progress periodically.

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and lead a team.

  • Organize and attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors` strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
