Agni Studios is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager (International Market) to drive revenue growth across the USA, Europe, and Middle East.
This role is focused on acquiring new international clients and expanding existing accounts within the game industry, including indie studios, mid-sized companies, and AAA developers.
The ideal candidate is a hunter-closer hybrid with strong experience in international B2B sales, capable of selling game development services, 2D/3D art production, and QA/testing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Client Acquisition & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the USA, Europe, and Middle East
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the game industry
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, Upwork, and industry communities
Build and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
2. Solution Selling (Game Development Services)
Conduct detailed needs assessments with game studios and publishers
Position Agni Studios’ core services:
Game Development (Unity / Unreal / custom pipelines)
2D Art (concept art, UI/UX, illustration)
3D Art (characters, environments, props, animation-ready assets)
Game QA & Testing
Present portfolios, demos, and case studies tailored to client requirements
Translate client needs into structured outsourcing proposals
3. Full Sales Cycle Ownership
Manage the complete sales lifecycle independently:
Prospecting → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
Collaborate with production and technical teams for:
Scope definition
Effort estimation
Budgeting and timelines
Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline progression
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Client Relationship & Account Growth
Build long-term relationships with game studios, publishers, and production teams
Drive repeat business through ongoing outsourcing partnerships
Identify upselling opportunities across art, development, and QA services
5. Market Research & Industry Engagement
Monitor trends in game development, outsourcing, and production pipelines
Identify emerging studios and outsourcing opportunities
Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline, deals, and market insights
Respond promptly to client inquiries and RFPs
6. Team Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with art directors, producers, and technical leads to align proposals
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to production
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior BD team members when needed
