Strong knowledge of Linux server administration
Experience with mail servers (Postfix, Exim)
Hands-on experience with Proxmox or similar virtualization platforms
Good understanding of networking, DNS, and firewall concepts
Experience with VoIP, SIP, and IP PBX systems
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, NfSen)
Ability to troubleshoot file servers and shared storage systems
Strong communication and customer support skills
Preferred Qualities
Experience in ISP, hosting, or telecom environments

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Technical Support & Systems Engineer to manage and support our hosting infrastructure, Linux servers, network monitoring systems, file servers, and VoIP/IP telephony environment. The role also includes customer support for related hardware and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Server & Hosting Infrastructure:
Manage Linux-based hosting servers and services
Maintain mail systems using Postfix, Exim, and related email infrastructure
Work with hosting control panels such as cPanel and reseller systems
Handle DNS management for client domains
Manage virtualization platforms such as Proxmox for VPS hosting.
Maintain file server infrastructure solutions
Network Monitoring & Security
Configure and monitor network and server health using: Zabbix, Prometheus, NfSen
Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues
Monitor logs, alerts, and system performance metrics
VoIP / IP Telephony Systems
Support and maintain IP PBX and call center systems including: FreePBX, Issabel, Vicidial
Work with Grandstream, Fanvil, and Dinstar IP phones and gateways
Manage IPTSP and SIP trunk configurations
Troubleshoot voice quality and connectivity issues
Customer & Technical Support
Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Assist customers with server, hosting, DNS, and VoIP issues
