Responsibilities & Context:
Visa Requirement Expertise: Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, policies, and required documentation for a wide range of countries, including changes in application procedures and fees.
Spiking: Must be a fluent speaker to interact friendly with the Clint.
Client Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, providing updates on their application status, explaining any challenges, and answering their queries promptly.
Form Completion: Help clients accurately complete complex visa application forms, ensuring all information is correct and consistent.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the application process, such a incomplete documentation, rejections, or delays.
