Responsibilities & Context:
Generate sales through corporate catering, events, and bulk food orders
Assist in client outreach for corporate offices, events, and personal catering services
Communicate with clients regarding menus, pricing, customization, and service proposals
Prepare catering proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Support online and offline marketing campaigns for food services and events
Conduct market research on corporate catering trends and competitors
Maintain client database, order details, and follow-up records
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality
Participate in corporate meetings, food tastings, events, and promotional activities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks of the Sales & Marketing Department
