Promote and sell books, journals, magazines, and digital publications
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new markets
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bookstores, distributors, libraries, schools, and universities
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Marketing & Promotion
• Coordinate book launches, exhibitions, fairs, and promotional events
• Work with the marketing team to plan sales campaigns and promotions
• Present publications to institutions, retailers, and corporate clients
Market Research & Reporting
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
• Collect feedback from customers and share insights with editorial and marketing teams
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Order & Distribution Management
