Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer feedback reports (daily, monthly).
Deliver professional customer support services and arrange site visits when required.
Develop and implement product pricing strategies aligned with company policy.
Assist in developing sales tools and conducting feasibility studies for new products.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Manage client interactions through personal visits and face-to-face engagement to ensure personalized service.
