Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems.
∎ Schedule, organize, and assign projects to members of the IT team.
∎ Lead the understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system validation.
∎ Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
∎ Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
∎ Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
∎ Coordinate multisite IT systems through enterprise resource planning (ERP).
∎ Constantly monitor the progress and report to Head of IT.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 14 years of experience in related field with 6 years of managerial experience.
∎ Special Skills:
∎ Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent analytical and management skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
