Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA in Accounting from a reputed university
∎ CA (CC) partially qualified

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide direct advice to a number of specific business areas offering solutions to cover compliance and planning
∎ Correspond and negotiate with Customs and Excise
∎ Propose and manage Tax and VAT specific projects to complete
∎ Lead all Tax and VAT aspects of transactions from due diligence, internal tax, and VAT analysis papers and liaising with external tax and VAT advisers
∎ Manage the VAT and tax compliance including partial exemption calculations and capital goods scheme returns
∎ Facilitate the preparation of NPOLY Group reporting requirements as directed from the Accounts & Finance team with relevant Accounts & Finance team members to understand the tax and VAT outcomes
∎ Maintain a good relationship with revenue authorities
∎ Competent in analyzing Company Act, tax legislation and VAT legislation in order to review corporation tax returns and tax reporting requirements and be able to identify wider corporation tax issues
∎ Provide VAT consultancy services in relation to indirect taxes to ensure maximum savings
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong experience in VAT and income-tax releted activities
∎ Candidates with experience in any reputed publicly traded company will have an extra advantage
∎ Sound analytical ability
∎ Honest, hardworking, and proactive
∎ Ability to handle huge pressure and meet the deadline
