Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring daily, weekly & monthly collection, sales & activities report.
∎ Managed a team customer services staff & supervise them proper inspection, reporting & customer service.
∎ Prepared monthly collection target, based on receivables amount & report submission of business & sales activities for Management review.
∎ Maintain positive relationship with current and potential clients through regular contacts.
∎ Preparing monthly working plan & supervise the team according to the action plan.
∎ Carryout necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating files.
∎ Investigated and solved customer problems escalated from other customer service staff.
∎ Handling face to face inquires from customers, customer dealing & problem handling.
∎ Qualitative and quantitative market research activities to support organizational strategic planning.
∎ Analyze internal data, forecast trends and identify new market opportunities.
∎ Clients dealing regarding payment issues at sales office and deliver relevant information.
∎ Communicate and provide service to the clients over the phone, or via e-mail.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ The applicants should have experience at least 4-5 years in Credit Realization (Preferable in Land Development Company)
∎ Excellent communication, Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
