Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Forestry, Agroforestry Environment, Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Forestry, Agroforestry Environment
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Bangladesh Tea Research Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Good comunication skill, Labor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tea Garden

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge about special tea manufacturing related activities like - Green Tea, White Tea, Orthodox Tea etc.
∎ Responsible for production of Vermicompost fertilizer, Organic fertilizer and other subsidiary crop.
∎ Should have detail knowledge to control labor matters as per Labor Law BCS policy.
∎ Responsible for implementation of software according to the company policy.
∎ Ability to maintain the overall administrative functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
