Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the Operational activities of shift In- Charges in Scrap Yard for ensuring smooth Operation.
∎ To ensure feeding of scrap to SMS as per production planning.
∎ To look after raw materials unloading, carrying, Cutting and Feeding.
∎ To ensure proper combination of Man, Machine & Materials for smooth operation.
∎ To supervise for weekly cleaning, metal segregation and loss recovery submission to MS department.
∎ To negotiate with high authority and other section in favor of productivity.
∎ To Logistic support to all departments as per requirement.
∎ To ensure manpower allocation, check duty roaster & works schedule etc.
