Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Interact with client’s demo solutions for internal external stake holders
∎ Build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
∎ Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales and ideally in software product sales
∎ Experience in customer software and product is preferred
∎ Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development
∎ Have direct relationship with the clients of different industries that would leverage industry solutions as part of their role
∎ Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ Excellent leadership skill
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
