∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Sales & Service with a strong background in the cement industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in spare parts sales and service, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. As the Manager of Sales & Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing service operations to meet and exceed our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales and service strategies to promote FLSmidth's spare parts and solutions within the cement industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Manage a team of sales and service professionals, providing guidance, support, and regular performance evaluations.
∎ Plan and execute service-related marketing activities and campaigns to promote FLSmidth's after-sales services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to continuously improve sales and service offerings.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing and presenting regular reports to the management.
∎ Oversee the preparation of quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market dynamics to enhance the team's expertise and customer interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service roles within the cement industries, preferably in spare parts sales and related services.
∎ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of cement industry processes, equipment, and spare parts is highly desirable.
∎ The result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
