∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ice Cream Business, Traditional Scooping Art
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Ice Cream

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the regularities and rules of the international Master Franchise agreement, especially in processing food safety and handling practices, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and training initiatives.
∎ Skilled in Turkish Traditional Scooping Art and delivery the services to the customers in different outlets.
∎ Lead and train the local sales specialist to manage the standard of Turkish Ice Cream.
∎ Prepare the traditional Dondrums Ice cream and serve the customers with contents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have the ability to work in a team
∎ Able to lead and motivate
∎ Good communication and person skills
∎ Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field
∎ Have confidence, self drive and enthusiastic
