Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales of, Solar System rooftop, pumping system, MDB, DB, LBS, VCB, Hybrid Inverters, Pump inverters, Street Light
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goal
∎ Visit customers (GOV.& PRIVATE) regularly to develop relationships to facilitate the expansion of the company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
∎ Doing regular meetings with clients and finalized deals.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ The candidate must be target-oriented and work under the managing director.
∎ Collaborate with other managers and key employees in the sales and marketing department to achieve important goals.
∎ Pre- sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of the sales contract.
∎ Periodical work progress report need to submit.
∎ Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
