Chain shop, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily activities of zone outlets.
∎ Coordinate operations of entire outlet that involves overall sales, follow up products requisition and compile accordingly and ensure proper distribution of products.
∎ Ensure proper staffing of outlets.
∎ Ensure Staff Welfare such as, staff leave, recreation and emergency needs.
∎ Performance appraisals and improvement system.
∎ Dispute resolution.
∎ Assigning, directing and ensuring healthy sales target by leading a group for achieving and meeting sales target.
∎ Provide advice and guidance to all outlet employees.
∎ Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Improve existing systems of outlets development.
∎ Ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
∎ Promote and enforce safety in the workplace.
∎ Oversee maintenance functions at zone outlets.
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance and Branding department regarding pending and running work of zone outlets.
∎ Handle outlet staffs benefits & other queries.
∎ Keeping the management updated with daily sales volume & sales progress.
∎ Compile the Zone wise sales report everyday.
∎ Any other jobs as and when assigned by Supervisor time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
