Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
∎ Studying products and services of the competitors.
∎ Forecasting sales, revenue and prepare budget with proper planning and execution.
∎ Preparing Sales Deed of Agreement, sales & collection reports and other reports as assigned by the management.
∎ Preparing and managing marketing plan and budgets.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with existing and potential clients.
∎ Managing daily office operation.
∎ Proper knowledge in Computer and Internet.
∎ Need to work closely and report daily to Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to manage and lead the team.
∎ Must be able to sale medical equipment's in competitive price.
∎ Must be able to inspire team members to achieve sales target.
∎ Must have excellent English communication skill (Speaking, Writing, Reading) along with documentation skill.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Based On skills & experience.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
