Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Marketing: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
∎ Product Promotion: Organize and conduct presentations, seminars, and training sessions for dental professionals (dentists, orthodontists) to educate them about the features, benefits, and clinical outcomes of using our dental clear aligners.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Offer after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback from customers and the market regarding product improvements, new products, and the competitive landscape. Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
∎ Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics and inventory to ensure the availability of products for promotional events and customer orders.
∎ Training & Development: Stay updated with product knowledge, dental industry trends, and competitors. Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations.
