Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive/ Medical Representative to expand our market presence in the dental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to dental clinics and chambers to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Educate dentists and orthodontists about the company's products, services, and unique value propositions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance brand visibility in the dental industry.
- Continuously monitor market trends and gather insights on competitors' offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Identify new opportunities and recommend business strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Make frequent visits to dental colleges to identify potential new dentists and introduce them to our products.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on industry trends, sales performance, and strategic insights.
