Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent convincing power and negotiation power to achieve the target
∎ Full responsibility of Sales and Marketing Department.
∎ The main purpose of this position is to develop and introduce sales strategies to improve current business.
∎ Extensive knowledge on Tender based marketing and management.
∎ Maintaining good long term relationship with Govt. Officials, Corporate Clients and Defense Sector.
∎ Introducing new product and develop to the market.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Experience in marketing of IT Products.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Forecast market needs, assist in planning project launches sequence to check and balance to ensure yearly sales target.
∎ Provide leadership and coaching till the sales team in achieving the goals.
∎ Lead the team to deliver economic profit ambition and build sustainable business growth with focus on building and investing in people, infrastructure and operational robustness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service
∎ Smart, Proactive and Result Oriented.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
