Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Educational Institutions:
∎ 1) Prepare a data base of all Educational Institutions (High Schools, Madrasa, Colleges and University Colleges) of district and Upazila of Bangladesh;
∎ 2) Visit the Educational Institutions in the District and Upazila Level Educational Institutions (High Schools, Madrasah, Colleges and University Colleges), meet the Head of Institutions, ICT personnel and introduce the services offered by Sheba Digital Limited about the Payment of Student’s fees through Sonali Bank Payment Gateway, Educational Institutional Management Software, Online admission system and Establishment of School/College/University Web-Site. To implement the mentioned activities with members of the district and Upazila team;
∎ 3) Meet the Head of Sonali Banks in the head branch, Division, District and Upazila Level and seek their support for the introduction of Sonali Bank Payment Gateway;
∎ 4) Make sure that the district and Upazila team members regularly visit the educational institution at least once a week and ensure that the authorities feel comfortable using the management software;
∎ 5) Ensure that the guardians can send the school fees through Sonali Bank Payment Gateway with care comfort. To implement the mentioned activities with members of the district and Upazila team;
∎ B. Software (Accounting, NGO Management, Restaurant Management, Commercial Enterprise management and POS Software):
∎ 1) Take appropriate steps for marketing & Implementation of the Accounting software in the District and Upazila Level according to the set target;
∎ 2) Prepare a database for all the NGOs, prospective business organizations, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Computer shops, commercial entities etc.;
∎ C. General Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Prepare the monthly basis target for each of the sectors and ensure the implementation of target (Especially on the accounting software);
∎ 2) Prepare the work plan to achieve the target;
∎ 3) Regularly review the complaints of the clients and address these;
∎ 4) Maintain harmonious relationships with the team members and maintain effective communication;
∎ 5) Prepare performance reports of different activities as per policies of SDL;
∎ 6) Regularly visit and audit each business area to check support service;
∎ 7) Support the marketing and sales program together with the sales & marketing team;
∎ 8) Prepare a plan and implement local marketing events strategies;
∎ 9) Execute accurately all organization initiatives, policies plus procedures to improve quality, operations and service;
∎ 10) Plan and implement corporate events as defined in standard operating procedures;
∎ 11) Prepare performance reports of district and Upazila team members according to the prescribed format on a regular basis;
∎ 12) Undertake any activity in the field level as and when required by the Head Office;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 7 year's of professional experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have Motorcycle, Laptop and Smartphone.
∎ Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Proven management working experience.
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
∎ Excellent customer relationship management skills.
