∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: C.A Course Completed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Communication skills, ISP Billing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to finalize the Accounts and forward to the Management team.
∎ Preparing Financial Statement and put forward to Management Team.
∎ Monitor and Pay supervisory role for submission of the VAT & Tax return.
∎ Prepare budget and ratio forecasting of accounts.
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up of ISP & IIG billing & collection.
∎ Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
∎ Checking and verifying the company's all types of bills from different suppliers and responsible for TDS & VDS Calculations.
∎ Updating accounting records in accounting software & ISP & IIG billing software with issued. invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
∎ Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors Accounts.
∎ Advance Settlement of Suppliers, Customers, Staff and Others Stakeholders.
∎ Calculation of Depreciation of fixed assets by applying appropriate method.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Mandatory Skills: ISP & IIG Accounts & Billing at least five years’ experience in a managerial position.
∎ Ability to provide strong leadership and promote growth and development.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Tally or any standard accounting software, ISP & IIG billing software.
