Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Educational Institutions:
∎ 1) Prepare a database of all educational Institutions (High Schools, Madrasah, Colleges and University Colleges) at Upazilas;
∎ 2) Visit the Educational Institutions in the Upazila Level Educational Institutions (High Schools, Madrasah, Colleges and University Colleges), meet the Head of Institutions, ICT personnel and introduce the services offered by Sheba Digital Limited (SDL). On the Payment of Students fees through Sonali Bank Payment Gateway. Educational Institutional Management Software and Establishment of School Web-Site;
∎ 3) Meet the Manager of Sonali Bank in the upazila level and seek their support for the introduction of Sonali Bank Payment Gateway for payment of student’s fees and other fees by the students;
∎ 4) Meet the Head of Educational Institutions for the introduction of educational Institutions management Software, Web-site and online admission system;
∎ B. Software (Accounting, NGO Management, Restaurant Management, Commercial Enterprise management and POS Software):
∎ 1) Prepare a database for all the NGOs, prospective business organizations, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Computer shops, commercial entities etc.;
∎ 2) Take appropriate steps for marketing of the software in the Upazila Level according to the set target;
∎ C. General Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Introduce software services in new educational institutions through direct communication and collaboration with the marketing department;
∎ 2) Ensure satisfactory technical services in the Educational Institutions in the specific Upazila;
∎ 3) Marketing software features by contacting potential clients;
∎ 4) Implement company initiatives to ensure software services at the customer level;
∎ 5) Implement specific sales and marketing targets of the company;
∎ 6) Review clients' feedback and execute necessary changes if required;
∎ 7) Prepare business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients;
∎ 8) Prepare business proposals and work plan for each of the business area and take appropriate measures to achieve the target;
∎ 9) Maintain ethical relationships on behalf of the company with Officers in corporate offices;
∎ 10) Always maintain the rules and regulations of the company as circulated by management from time to time;
∎ 11) Prepare reports and returns as per prescribed formats and these to the Head office and the District officers;
∎ 12) Work under direct supervision of District Manager;
∎ Undertake any activity entrusted by the District Manager and SDL head office;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ year's of professional experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have Motorcycle, Laptop and Smartphones.
∎ Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong decision-making skills.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge is mandatory.
