Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE, Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve customer queries within standard timeline and ensure smooth customer support and service through incoming and outgoing call
∎ Receive and process complaints (from both staff and customers)
∎ Submit periodical report to senior level management regarding customer’s queries
∎ Take ownership of customer issues
∎ Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
∎ Suggest possible solution to customer or if the queries are beyond his/her knowledge, must inform the queries to immediate scope of the support representative and check updates on the progress
∎ Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
∎ Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
∎ Ensure proper documentation of customer’s queries

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Sound Knowledge about our company software and service
∎ Have hunger to learn latest update of our software and collaborate with team member
∎ Master the use of a google sheets, MS Office or helpdesk software
∎ Competent technical knowledge
∎ Ability to multitasking mindset and Documentation skills
∎ Attention to detail knowledge about all Products
∎ Ability to honor deadlines for any task
∎ A proactive approach to support

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
