∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Master in any subject.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The Candidates should have selling experience on Home appliances & glassware through the channel of super shop.
∎ Extensive knowledge on modern Trades.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product through different super shops.
∎ The candidates should have adequate sales knowledge and working experience with super shop on selling home appliances like Grocery, kitchenware and electronics items.
∎ The candidates must have fair knowledge on shopping mall's like Agora, Unimart, Astha, Bazar sharabela) operation and their pattern of business.
∎ Set up Sales & distribution network and monitor sales & distribution system.
∎ Developing action plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Managing team members and developing their competencies to achieve comprehensive business goals and motivating them to practice ethical standard in every step.
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationship with different super shops.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the product.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.
∎ Need strong knowledge on product display, bar coding system of various super shop, product return & sales policy etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with super shops; push the super shop to display the company's product on their prime location.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Home appliances, Sales Marketing experience, Sales Chain shop like Agora, Unimart, Astha, Bazar sharabela.
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
