Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with customer, concerned departments to ensure the achievement of daily/weekly sales target by volume/value and including new business development.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive flexible printing and packaging sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
∎ Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as production, design, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by taking order and delivering products that align with their expectations.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
∎ Create new market and develop existing market on regular basis.
∎ Submit regular sales reports to higher management.
∎ Any other assignments give to management time to time.
