• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience in Baking industry or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
• Practical experience in market analysis, product promotion, brand development, and sales coordination.
• Familiarity with distribution channels, dealer/retailer management, and field marketing activities.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote bakery products (biscuits, candy, cakes, snacks, chanachur etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support brand development and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Monitor product performance in the market and provide feedback for improvement.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations using MS Office tools.
• Assist in launching new products and organizing promotional events or campaigns.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product placement in retail outlets.
• Manage and update marketing databases and customer information.
