To plan, develop, and execute institutional sales strategies for chilled chicken and eggs by building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, corporate kitchens, and other institutional buyers. The role will ensure effective demand forecasting, seamless coordination with production, supply chain, and finance teams, and the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards and competitive pricing.
1. Develop and implement institutional sales strategies for chilled chicken and eggs to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
2. Identify and develop new institutional clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, corporate kitchens, airlines, and food chains.
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional customers to ensure consistent sales growth and long-term partnerships.
4. Forecast product demand accurately and coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and proper inventory planning.
5. Work closely with operations and quality teams to ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of chilled chicken and eggs according to company and industry standards.
