• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Hotel, Airline, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Automobile, Motor Workshop

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Hotel, Airline, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Automobile, Motor Workshop

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• As a regional in- charge to ensure the sales & collection target & achievement of the region.

• To achieve each months sales & collection target.

• Pervious months Report Review:

• Target/ Achievement of sales & collection and Achievement against projection.

• Swaraj Sales System (SSS) report (Customer, Dealers, Agent, Brokers, Agro based Government Institute.

• Sales & Marketing activities of competing Brand & Product.

• Money receipt reconciliation to individual staffs.

• Monthly TA/DA, Attendance report, tour Feedback and monthly.

• Current Months Plan & Report:

• Target of sales & collection with route Plan.

• Model wise 3 months rolling forecast (3MRF)

• Hunt & recruit of Dealers /Agent/Brokers.

• Months tour plan (In accordance with bank/customers/ Dealers/Agent/ Brokers assign territory).

• After each successful sale before delivery below mentioned papers must be accomplishment from regional outlet.

• Completed of Sales Form.

• Ensure minimum down payment along with relevant necessary papers.

• Photocopy of National Identity Card/ Voter ID Card.

• 06 copies of MICR blank bank cheque signed by customer & signature verification by the particular bank.

• 02 Copies of attached photocopy of the Garreteer & National Identity card.

• Agreement of Guarantor (Relative of own Blood line, such as Father/ Brother/ Adult son/uncle, NPCC of concern customer.

Should knowledge in basic computer skill.
