• Age 26 to 32 years

• 3 year’s experience in Real Estate Company.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MSOffice.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and excellent time management skills.

• Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures.

• Candidates from Real estate background.

Job Location: ECB Chattar, Dhaka Cantt. Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities and hitting monthly sales targets.

• Creating customers and convincing them to buy products (real estate).

• Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.

• Analyze market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.

• Network expansion across areas of concern to increase sales.

• Maintaining and updating the customer database through the system.

• Identify new business areas and increase sales accordingly.

• Assign any other duties as may be decided by the Management from time to time.

• Selected individual will get monthly attractive salary.
