We are looking for a skilled Bid & Proposal professional who can lead end-to-end tender participation and contribute to business growth through strategic bidding.

• Manage end-to-end tender & proposal lifecycle (EOI, RFP, submission, clarification)

• Prepare technical & financial proposals aligned with ToR/BRD

• Handle government tenders (e-GP) and PPR compliance

• Prepare documents like 5A3, 5A4, methodology, and work plans

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and stakeholder communication

• Coordinate with technical teams for IT solution understanding Identify and track new tender opportunities

• Support business development and client presentations
