Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: Achieve the targeted sales volume by maintaining good relationships with the existing customers and creating new customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare Territory wise and Product wise daily action plan to meet the monthly sales target and drive to achieve the target.
Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as market creation.
Visit and collect the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target of MO.
Ensure necessary support to the customers with the help of the responsible technical service person and ensure their retention.
Collect and share the competitor’s information regarding different policies, offers, and sales and marketing strategies with the supervisor to take necessary action where required.
Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor.
Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.
Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company of achieve the monthly sales target.
Any other tasks as assigned by the board management.
