Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cultivating Dealers to Expand Market Footprint in the Dairy Sector
∎ Increase Product Coverage Of Outlets & Markets To ensure Visibility of Our Products
∎ Deal With exclusive customers or vendor in and around Dhaka city
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary action of correction by setting up distribution network
∎ Daily interaction with Dealers
∎ Making A daily Report
∎ Monitoring sales performance
∎ Closing sales Deals

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in Dairy sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: FMCG Sales & Marketing.
∎ Person with higher experience in the dairy sector would be given preference
∎ Working knowledge on direct sales operation
∎ Knowledge about distributor management
∎ Must know to ride motorbike as the job demands significant travel around Dhaka city to communicated with dealers
