Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth in the knit garments segment.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our customer base.
∎ Oversee the merchandising process from product development to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders while meeting quality standards.
∎ Manage the distribution network, including logistics, inventory management, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
∎ Maintain an accurate record of all functions by using SAP.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales operations.
∎ Develop the product for sell on assigned account.
∎ Maintain regular communication with PP, MM and commercial.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including ethical standards, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
∎ Execute merchandising standard and objective at specific accounts.
