Job Summary
The Manager – Sales & Marketing (IVD) will be responsible for leading and synchronizing all Sales, Service, and Marketing operations of Vie Tech across Bangladesh. This role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and customer engagement to drive business growth, maintain service excellence, and achieve company-wide performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and implement company-wide sales, application, service, and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Set annual and quarterly KPIs for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams and monitor performance.
Lead cross-functional planning and coordination between Sales, application, Service, Marketing, and Accounts & Finance.
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales, application, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize performance.
Establish performance standards, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
Promote a culture of professionalism, discipline, and result-oriented performance across all teams.
Sales & Marketing Operations
Oversee promotion, demonstration, and application support of diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and laboratory products.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, tender participation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure regional and national targets for sales, service, and revenue collection are achieved.
Service & Technical Oversight
Supervise installation, application, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic instruments (Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, etc.).
Ensure smooth customer service, post-sales support, and timely resolution of technical issues.
Monitor training and application support for customers to ensure proper use of equipment and reagents.
Financial & Customer Management
Price negotiation & customer offer, collections, and payment follow-ups.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize business strategy to explore market.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales, service, marketing, and financial performance.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
